The Motor Ombudsman offer free impartial dispute resolution or advice backed by the Government and the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) and are Mazda's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a concern.
